The Hunt Club’s story begins in 1979, when Dale Stevens made the decision to purchase an aged and abandoned paper warehouse in Jackson, Michigan and turn it into a restaurant he wanted everyone to enjoy. Throughout the years, The Hunt Club has grown into the full service restaurants we are today. We not only want to exceed your expectations of quality, service, and atmosphere, but our hope is to be deeply rooted into the community as well. The Jackson and Hillsdale communities have helped shape who we are today, and will continue to determine who we are in the future!
